AMARETTO
A hardy variety that is widely adaptable, although specially selected for transplants to the open field in Campo de Cartagena from mid-March to mid-April.
An early variety, very productive, with a medium vigor plant.
Very uniform, medium sized, oval-shaped fruits, slightly rough skin, medium yellow coloring and very resistant to post-harvest handling.
Firm flesh, with excellent post-harvest resistance, high brix and excellent texture, very much appreciated by the regular consumer of this type of melon.
